512 Cascabel Cream Stout STYLE: Milk / Sweet Stout STATS: 6% ABV This beer is a very dark & opaque pour. Has a thin cream-colored head. You can immediately smell the chocolate & coffee. It's body is medium but very smooth. The alcohol is transparent. It has a creamy sweetness that is not overpowering. Very drinkable & not overly sweet. 512 Black IPA STYLE: American Black Ale STATS: 7% ABV / 70 IBU This is one of their seasonal beers. It is a black pour from my growler. Beautiful, thick brown liquid with a tan color head. I can detect a small amount of coffee aroma. The initial taste is a bit bitter, but nothing overwhelming. It has a great ipa aftertaste. There is a decent hint of coffee, nicely hoppy.
